- Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Sieve in the dry ingredients to wet.
- Mix well. Bake at 175°C. For 20-25mins.
- Let it cool. Cut it into 3 slices. Garnish with Chocolate Ganache. Melt chocolate compound in microwave and add cream. Stir well till no lumps left.
- Garnish with hazelnuts and Rochers.
