Ingredients

  • Sponge
  • 190gms refined wheat flour
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 120gms oil
  • 120gms Hung curd
  • 130gms sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3tbsp cocoa powder
  • For Chocolate Ganache 2cups compound chocolate 1

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Sieve in the dry ingredients to wet.
  • Mix well. Bake at 175°C. For 20-25mins.
  • Let it cool. Cut it into 3 slices. Garnish with Chocolate Ganache. Melt chocolate compound in microwave and add cream. Stir well till no lumps left.
  • Garnish with hazelnuts and Rochers.
