- Take one cup whipping cream in a bowl
- Whip it well with an electric beater until stiff peaks
- Add half a cup melted chocolate to it
- Add coffee powder
- Mix everything with gentle hands using cut and fold method
- Serve them in bowls
- Make a ganache - use fresh cream and melted dark chocolate and mix it well
- Add the ganache on the mousse
- Sprinkle some chocolate chips and orange slice
- Refrigerate for 20 mins and enjoy
