Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate
  • Pound cake
  • Sugar syrup
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Tooti Frooti (Optional)
  • Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate using double boiling Method. You can also add a little Milk to it.
  • Who your whipping Cream till soft Peaks.
  • Wait for the melted chocolate to cool down and then in a separate bowl, mix the chocolate and the whipped Cream. The ratio of the cream and the chocolate depends Upon You. At this stage, your chocolate mousse is ready😉
  • Now, take a Bowl or (A Glass as used in This recipe) and cut the pound cake using the glass for the best size. You can Also decorate your glass using chocolate
  • Now, let's assemble the Desert, layer by layer. 1st, and the bottom layer will be of the chocolate mousse which we made Earlier
  • 2nd layer Will Be Of The Pound Cake. Place The Cutting Of The Cake Above The Mousse Layer. For A Better Flavour, We will Moisten the Cake with a little bit of Vanilla essence mixed with some sugar water.
  • After the cake is moistened, the 3rd layer will of pure melted chocolate. Take a spoonful of melted chocolate and pour it onto the Layer Of Cake.
  • Now, the 4th and final layer will be of the chocolate mousse again. Just pour some mousse on the layer of chocolate and then flat it using a spoon.
  • Garnish it with some grated Chocolate and tooti Frooti or even dry fruits If you Want. Like this👇

Notes/Tips

1. When melting the chocolate, the bowl should not contain water. 2. Mix the melted chocolate and the whipped cream in a separate bowl. 3. The Whipped cream Should be chilled throughout the recipe 4. The chocolate should be in room temperature before mixing it with the cream 5. You can use sugar water with rose essence instead of Vanilla.
