- Melt the chocolate using double boiling Method. You can also add a little Milk to it.
- Who your whipping Cream till soft Peaks.
- Wait for the melted chocolate to cool down and then in a separate bowl, mix the chocolate and the whipped Cream. The ratio of the cream and the chocolate depends Upon You. At this stage, your chocolate mousse is ready😉
- Now, take a Bowl or (A Glass as used in This recipe) and cut the pound cake using the glass for the best size. You can Also decorate your glass using chocolate
- Now, let's assemble the Desert, layer by layer. 1st, and the bottom layer will be of the chocolate mousse which we made Earlier
- 2nd layer Will Be Of The Pound Cake. Place The Cutting Of The Cake Above The Mousse Layer. For A Better Flavour, We will Moisten the Cake with a little bit of Vanilla essence mixed with some sugar water.
- After the cake is moistened, the 3rd layer will of pure melted chocolate. Take a spoonful of melted chocolate and pour it onto the Layer Of Cake.
- Now, the 4th and final layer will be of the chocolate mousse again. Just pour some mousse on the layer of chocolate and then flat it using a spoon.
