Whipped cream 1 cup
Melted dark chocolate 3/4 cup
Chocolate ganache for coating
Strawberry puree 3 tbsp

Instructions

Whip your cream and add melted dark chocolate. Freeze it in dome moulds overnight.
Take the domes out and coat it with chocolate ganache. Decorate the dome with chocolate goodies

Notes/Tips

Line some strawberry puree along the plate for extra flavour!!
