- To make the chocolate tacos mix together powder sugar, cocoa powder, flour , melted butter, milk and vanilla extract to for a smooth batter.
- Now heat a pan and pour 1tsp of batter and spread it evenly in a circular motion. Once the taco gets cooked from one side, flip it on the other side and trim of the edges with a square cutter ( which is completely optional).
- Once done on both side, take off the taco shell and place it over a wire rack with the mid portion sitting diagonally over a wire and the rest of the either sides handing so as to give a taco shape. Make all the taco shells similarly.
- Now fill out the shell with smooth and silky dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse and top them with roasted almonds and garnish with garden fresh Kumquats.
