- Wash dry white chana with clean water and keep dip into warm water for 5 to 6 hours. Afterwards add salt to taste and turmeric powder and boil it in cooker vessel.
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, dry red chilli and bay leaf. Afterwards add ginger chilli paste.
- Now in that add chana flour. Afterwards in that add tomato puree. And then boil it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, chole masala, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Afterwards add boiled white chana.
- Boil it for 2 to 3 minutes and add coriander and serve it.
