- Take a bowl add flour, salt and hing , make dough from it for puri. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger chilli garlic paste, and onion, cook till it's soft.
- Now add tomato puree and seasoning to it. Cook till oil is released.
- Now add boiled chana in it and adjust the consistency by adding water. Again cook for 15 minutes.
- Now make a puri from dough.
- Serve the Chole with puri by garnishing with lemon , coriander and fried green chilli
