- Washed n Soaked chickpeas for 8 hours .
- Boiled chickpeas with potatoes n dry spices..
- Make gravy from onions, tomato, Chilli ginger, garlic n coriander leaves..
- Heat oil n added cumin seeds in it.. added gravy in it n mix well.
- Added all spices n salt to taste n Chole masala. Covered n cooked it.
- After reduce oils added chickpeas with water n mix well..
- Added mashed potatoes init n stir well.
- Cooked for few minutes n ready to serve with sprinkle coriander leaves.
- Make puri from dough n served with Chole.
