  • Red cabbage
  • Lettuce
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Roasted chickpeas
  • Salad dressing

Instructions

  • In. A baking tray lay the soaked chickpeas and coat it with olive oil and chole masala and let it bake for about 15-20 Mins.
  • Next in a bowl add the chopped red cabbage , lettuce , bell peppers , cucumber and cherry tomatoes .
  • After 20 mins take out the chickpeas perfectly toasted and add them in the salad bowl .
  • For the dressing :- In a jar add 1 Tbsp curd and 1 tbsp Mayonnaise. In that add freshly chopped mint leaves . Some garlic powder and salt . Blend it nicely to make a dressing.
  • Top the salad with the mint dressing .

Notes/Tips

The tandoori chole flavour combined with cold minty dressing is just amazing Specially when fresh mint leaves are added .
