- In. A baking tray lay the soaked chickpeas and coat it with olive oil and chole masala and let it bake for about 15-20 Mins.
- Next in a bowl add the chopped red cabbage , lettuce , bell peppers , cucumber and cherry tomatoes .
- After 20 mins take out the chickpeas perfectly toasted and add them in the salad bowl .
- For the dressing :- In a jar add 1 Tbsp curd and 1 tbsp Mayonnaise. In that add freshly chopped mint leaves . Some garlic powder and salt . Blend it nicely to make a dressing.
- Top the salad with the mint dressing .
