- Grind kaju. In grinder to smooth powder. Sieve the powder.
- Add kaju powder condensed milkdry milk and milk in a bowl.mix all .
- Heat ghe in a pan add kaju batter and
- well. stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and smooth paste is formed.
- Add Caradamon powder
- continue to cook until the mixture turns smooth paste and starts to separate pan slightly. do not overcook, as the burfi will turn hard.
- Transfer the doughto plate cool it.refrigerate for 1 hour so that dough becomes hard
- Seprate 2spoone batter. Add Red colour in 1 spooon and green colour in another part.
- Now make the snow man shape with whit portion
- Make eyes from kali mirch,nose with carrot and mouth.
- Make Cape mufflar from red green colour
- Freeze for 1/2an hour before taking the pic it is easy to take the pic.
- Serve the snowman on Christmas.
