Ingredients

  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 2 cups - shredded jaggery
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon- nutmeg powder
  • 1 Teaspoon- Cardamom powder
  • 2 Tablespoon- Grated Coconut
  • 2 Tablespoon- Chopped/Sliced Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoon- Chopped/Sliced Cashews
  • 1/2 cup - Desi ghee
  • 3 Tablespoon - Oil

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup jaggery and dissolve it in water keep it aside for making dough .
  • Then take wheat flour add salt, nutmeg powder and mix them well.
  • Now knead with the jaggery water and knead it like a paratha dough.
  • Make 3-4 equals balls of the dough and shape it into a thick paratha.Keep it on preheated pan and roast it equally by pressing from all the sides.
  • After that keep this parathas aside and let it cool. Then, take a big bowl and crush the parathas with hand into small crumbles.
  • Now take the cup of shredded jaggery , coconut and dry fruits and mix it in the bowl also add heated desi ghee to it .
  • Later, after mixing these ingredients well ,transform it into the form of a laddoo .
  • Serve them in a serving plate and garnish them with dry fruits.

Notes/Tips

Roast the parathas well to get a better taste.
