- Take 1 cup jaggery and dissolve it in water keep it aside for making dough .
- Then take wheat flour add salt, nutmeg powder and mix them well.
- Now knead with the jaggery water and knead it like a paratha dough.
- Make 3-4 equals balls of the dough and shape it into a thick paratha.Keep it on preheated pan and roast it equally by pressing from all the sides.
- After that keep this parathas aside and let it cool. Then, take a big bowl and crush the parathas with hand into small crumbles.
- Now take the cup of shredded jaggery , coconut and dry fruits and mix it in the bowl also add heated desi ghee to it .
- Later, after mixing these ingredients well ,transform it into the form of a laddoo .
- Serve them in a serving plate and garnish them with dry fruits.
