  • Hung curd 1/4 cup
  • Salt for taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Black pepper powder
  • Chopped mix vegetables of choice one big cup

Instructions

  • To prepare hung curd drain out excess water from curd using cotton cloth for some time. Take bowl add hung curd salt pepper lime juice mix well. Add chopped vegetables like carrot beetroot, onion cucumber tomato mix well add mint leaves to garnish. Serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

You can choose black salt over table salt.
