Ingredients

  • 500 gms coarse whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 1/4 cup chopped kaju
  • 2 tsp Mishri
  • 2 tsp kismis
  • 1 tsp Jaiphal
  • 250 gms Desi Gud
  • Khuskhus for coating

Instructions

  • In a bowl put atta,and ghee and mix and knead dough with warm water.keep for 10 mins.make a stiff dough. Divide the dough into muthias shape..heat ghee in a pan,shallow fry till golden.Allow to cool.Grind in a mixer and sieve it
  • Add nuts,kismis,kaju,mishri. Add jaiphal.heat the remaining ghee in a pan put Gud and allow to melt.pour over the hour a mixture and mix well.
  • Now take a ladoo mould and apply ghee ,sprinkle khus khus and put churma mixture and put in a churma ladoo mould and traditional churma ladoo is ready to serve.
