Ingredients

  • Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Powder sugar
  • Ghee
  • Cardomon and nutmeg powder

Instructions

  • Take wheat flour add 2tsp oil and make Dough.Make oval shape balls and then fry till it gets golden brown colour.After normal temperature grinde in mixture to make powder.Then heat kadai add ghee and powdered mixture and cook for 5min.
  • Stir it continuously.it gets golden broy colour.switch off the gas add cardomon and nutmeg powder and make ladoos. Delicious and healthy ladoos are ready.

Notes/Tips

Make dough hard and not soft otherwise it will not be able to bind properly.
