Ingredients

  • 500 gm whole wheat flour
  • 4oo gm jaggery
  • 500 gm Ghee
  • 2 tspn basan
  • 2 tspn finely chopped dryfruits
  • 2 tspn Poppy seeds
  • Warm water as required

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl n add whole wheat flour n add warm water n mix it n make hard dough.
  • Make small size balls from it.
  • Heat ghee n frying all balls till get brown colour n crispy in law flame.
  • Afterwards broken it n crushed them nicely with the help of mixture Jar.
  • Add this mixture in large bowl n than add roughly chopped jaggery in it.
  • Pour warm Ghee in it n added dryfruits too.
  • Mixed well n make laddoo from this mixture.
  • Spread Poppy seeds on it.
  • Ready to serve this delicious jaggery laddoo.

Notes/Tips

Put them in air tiet containers with in 20 days.
