- In mixing bowl add all flour, ghee, and hot water make stiff dough and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- Take small portion from it. Give shape of muthiya and dip fry in ghee at low flame till crispy and golden in color.
- Now allow to cool at room temperature and grind them all like a powder.
- Sieve the mixture add nuts and green cardamom powder
- Now melt the jaggery and add to above mixture Add ghee if required will Making a laduu
- Garnish with poppy seeds
