Ingredients

  • Wheat flour (Laddu flour) 1 cup
  • Besan 1/4 cup
  • Suji 1/4 cup
  • Melted ghee to bind + frying+ 3 tbsp
  • Milk 3-4 tbsp
  • Hot water as required
  • Jaggery 3/4 cup
  • Mix nuts 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp+garnish

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl add all flour, ghee, and hot water make stiff dough and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Take small portion from it. Give shape of muthiya and dip fry in ghee at low flame till crispy and golden in color.
  • Now allow to cool at room temperature and grind them all like a powder.
  • Sieve the mixture add nuts and green cardamom powder
  • Now melt the jaggery and add to above mixture Add ghee if required will Making a laduu
  • Garnish with poppy seeds

Notes/Tips

Besan and suji can be skipped
