Ingredients

  • Wheat floor 2 cups,ghee 1 cup
  • Sugar 1.5 cup ( nice powdered),cardamom 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • Take 2 tsp ghee in thick bottomed kadai..heat it.. to that add wheat flour roast it till nice aroma comes for about 15 min and keep it aside for cooling
  • In another pan add remaining ghee and heat it on medium flame..once heated switch off the flame and add sugar powder.. mix it nicely no lump should be there add cardamom powder,roasted wheat floor,and chopped cashew pieces mix it well.
  • Grease ur hand with ghee and take small portion of the mixture and make small round laddu.you can make around 15to 20 laddu using this mixture..
  • Super delicious laddu is ready.it is protein and energy rich kids will enjoy this

Notes/Tips

Dont over roast the wheat flour..also sent add sugar powder to the overheated ghee.. it should be medium hot.. Once laddu's are cooled store it in airtight jars
