Cinnamon Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Sliced bananas for garnish Or plating
  • Honey for topping

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the egg, and beat slightly Add the remaining ingredients, except sliced bananas and honey, and mix until combined Lightly grease a griddle with butter, and heat on medium high heat until griddle is hot.
  • Drop small cirlces of batter onto the griddle, and heat on one side until bubbles form and start to stay open and edges look firm.
  • Flip pancakes over and finish cooking Cover, and keep warm until batter is gone.Serve with sliced bananas and drizzle with honey.
