  • Heat one tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tbsp Onion and saute for one mins Add carrot, green chily and mix well Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well Now add salt and soy sauce and turn off the flame. Potatoes stuffing is ready
  • Now again heat one tbsp oil in a pan Break the eggs and mix onions, green chilly, coriander leaves and salt and mix well Add one tbsp oil and egg mixture and make the omelets in slow flame. Now turn off the flame Now omelet is ready for stuf
  • Take a large bowl add grated paneer onion, green chilly, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Now paneer stuffing is ready
  • Take one leftover chapati spread tomato sauce and add carrot and potato mixture and cover with other chapati.
  • Now spread tomato sauce and add omelet stuffing and cover with chapati. Now spread tomato sauce and add paneer stuffing and cover with other leftover chapati
  • Grease the pan with butter and placed the stuffed chapati Applying butter both the sides cook in a low flame until crispy
  • Cut into four pieces Club paratha is ready to serve.
