Ingredients

  • Grated coconut
  • Nestle Milk Maid
  • Sooji
  • Nuts
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Heat the pan and roast the nuts and transfer into a plate
  • Add 3 to 4 Tsp oil to pan then add 1/2 cup Sooji and stir it for 3 min till colour changes
  • Now add 2 cups of coconut powder
  • Now add 1 can of Milkmaid
  • Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder
  • Then add 2 Tsp of ghee
  • Now divide it into three portions and then add home made vegetable colours
  • Then apply ghee to the plate then spread prepared sweet layer by layer on to the plate
  • Then cut into square shape and garnish with grated nuts
