- Heat the pan and roast the nuts and transfer into a plate
- Add 3 to 4 Tsp oil to pan then add 1/2 cup Sooji and stir it for 3 min till colour changes
- Now add 2 cups of coconut powder
- Now add 1 can of Milkmaid
- Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder
- Then add 2 Tsp of ghee
- Now divide it into three portions and then add home made vegetable colours
- Then apply ghee to the plate then spread prepared sweet layer by layer on to the plate
- Then cut into square shape and garnish with grated nuts
