Ingredients

  • Fresh coconut gratted 1
  • Roasted dariya dal 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Green Chilli 2
  • Ginger 1
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • For tempering: Oil 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 3-4

Instructions

  • Take grinding jar add all the ingredients and make fine chutney from it.
  • Now do the temper and add in chutney.
  • Serve it with idli, dosa or vada
