- Add 1 tablespoon of ghee in a kadhai. Add a few cashews and fry till light golden brown remove and keep aside. In the same kadhai add 1 cup coconut stir continuously and fry till golden Add 1 cup milk. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer till the milk evaporates. Now add 3 tablespoon sugar mix well. Cook till halwa is nice and thick. Add 1/2 tablespoon ghee and fried cashews mix well. Yummy Coconut Halwa is ready.
