  • Coconut
  • condensed milk
  • rose petals
  • nutmeg
  • pistachio Chopped

Instructions

  • put an unopened can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker with water and pressure cook for about 15-20 mins on medium flame.
  • once the condensed milk cools down, open the can and mix it with grated coconut. add a tbsp of ghee for the shine.
  • add in rose petals, pistachios and grate the nutmeg
  • grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into laddoos, serve fresh or refrigerate and save for later

Notes/Tips

1. let the condensed milk cool down completely before mixing with coconut 2. make sure the condensed milk is caramelised in the pressure cooker. 3. the shelf life of these laddoos would be 3-4 days
