- put an unopened can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker with water and pressure cook for about 15-20 mins on medium flame.
- once the condensed milk cools down, open the can and mix it with grated coconut. add a tbsp of ghee for the shine.
- add in rose petals, pistachios and grate the nutmeg
- grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into laddoos, serve fresh or refrigerate and save for later
