Coconut banana pudding

Ingredients

  • Dessicated coconut-1/2 cup
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Cream- 3 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds - tbsp
  • Banana slices- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence- 2 tsp
  • Whole sugar-3 tbsp
  • Almond flakes-4 tbsp

Instructions

  • In a pan heat milk ,add whole sugar,cream and give one boil
  • Then add dessicated coconut and white sesame seeds,vanilla essence to it and mix well give one more boil and keep Stirring
  • Now let this mixture come to room temperature ,then churn it in mixy
  • Now chill this smoothie in freeze for an hour,it will get thicken
  • Now in a serving bowl add slices of bananas,almond flakes,white sesame seeds and pour this coconut milk smoothie to it,and again chill this serving bowl in freeze for an hour,it will thicken more again
  • Coconut banana pudding is ready to serve

Notes/Tips

U can add other nuts powder too in this pudding
