Ingredients

  • 2 cups or 1 whole fresh coconut grated
  • 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry fruits (almonds /pistachios/cashe
  • 2 tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  • Heat a pan. Add ghee coconut, sugar and milk Mix together well till it thickens.
  • Add cardamom powder and spread it out on a greased plate
  • Let it cool down a bit. Then make cuts using a knife. Keep this plate in refrigerator if you want to set the Burfi faster.
  • Now take out the Burfi pieces on a plate and enjoy.
