- In a pan mix ghee ,cream ,whole sugar and grated fresh coconut
- Now switch on the gas and mix all this well till it forms a mixture
- To this add beetroot grated
- Mix till this barfi leaves pan
- Now add cardamom powder and grated almonds and mix well
- Lastly add powdered sugar and immeditely switch of the gas
- Now set this barfi by spreading it in a greased tray at room temperature for an hour
- Garnish it with grated almonds
- Now cut it into square pieces
- Serve
