Coconut beetroot barfi

Ingredients

  • Fresh coconut grated
  • Whole sugar
  • Fresh cream
  • Ghee
  • Beetroot raw grated peeled
  • Cardamom powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • Grated almonds

Instructions

  • In a pan mix ghee ,cream ,whole sugar and grated fresh coconut
  • Now switch on the gas and mix all this well till it forms a mixture
  • To this add beetroot grated
  • Mix till this barfi leaves pan
  • Now add cardamom powder and grated almonds and mix well
  • Lastly add powdered sugar and immeditely switch of the gas
  • Now set this barfi by spreading it in a greased tray at room temperature for an hour
  • Garnish it with grated almonds
  • Now cut it into square pieces
  • Serve

Notes/Tips

U can add any dryfruit except raisins
