Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry coconut
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • as needed water
  • Tadka
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Take a mixing jar add coconut
  • Now add green chilli,coriander leaves and curd Now grind it properly
  • Now grind it properly
  • Take out the mixture in a bowl add some water and salt in it
  • Take a pan add oil,cumin seeds and curry leaves and put this tadka into the chutney
  • And the coconut chutney is ready to serve.
