- Take a pan , add ghee and fry the dry fruits.
- Take the dry fruits in a separate bowl and add the dry grated coconut in the pan.
- Retain the coconut unless it a little roasted.
- In a separate pan add jaggery and let it melt.
- Once the jaggery gets melted add the dry fruits and dry coconut.
- Add the cardamom,kash kash and dry ginger powder in the jaggery.
- Add the gond and mix it well.
- Once mixed, take it off the stove and immediately start making the ladoo.
