- Firstly, in a large kadai pour 1/2 tsp ghee and 1 cup Coconut (fresh / desiccated) and roast it for a min in low to medium flame .
- Then pour 1 cup Milk, keep on stirring until the milk dries out and add 6 tbsp Condensed Milk.
- After stirring for a min add 1/2 cup Sugar/according to taste. Mix continuously until it becomes semi-thick for 3 mins.
- Switch off the flame and keep on stirring until it become a bit cool.
- Then add 1 tsp Blue food colour into and keep stirring
- Now make a bowl shape and put Melted Chocolate Ball into it, seal it and give a round-shape.
- Same way prepare the rest and sprinkle some desiccated coconut (optional) COCONUT LADOO is ready to be served.
