Coconut ladoo with chocolate stuffing

Ingredients

  • Coconut 1 piece
  • Melted Chocolate 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 6 tbsps
  • Sugar 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a large kadai pour 1/2 tsp ghee and 1 cup Coconut (fresh / desiccated) and roast it for a min in low to medium flame .
  • Then pour 1 cup Milk, keep on stirring until the milk dries out and add 6 tbsp Condensed Milk.
  • After stirring for a min add 1/2 cup Sugar/according to taste. Mix continuously until it becomes semi-thick for 3 mins.
  • Switch off the flame and keep on stirring until it become a bit cool.
  • Then add 1 tsp Blue food colour into and keep stirring
  • Now make a bowl shape and put Melted Chocolate Ball into it, seal it and give a round-shape.
  • Same way prepare the rest and sprinkle some desiccated coconut (optional) COCONUT LADOO is ready to be served.
