- First place a pan on flame and add 15 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder to it. Now mix everything well and milk sugar well. After sugar melts, add 1.5 cups of desiccated coconut, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes on low, medium flame. Now, take a round tray, grease it with ghee, and place butter paper on and grease well. After coconut resolve, add 2 tbsp of milk malai and mix well and cook for 1 minute. Now add 1 cup of milk powder, mix well on low flame, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame. Now transfer it into a prepared tray. Now, let it set for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, check the barfi and transfer it to a plate and remove the butter paper. Serve.
