- Heat milk in a pan, add sugar, allow it to dissolve.
- Now add dessicated coconut and mix. Add cream and milk powder. Add cardamom powder.
- Keep stirring continuously till the moisture evaporates and the mixture leaves the pan/sides.
- Divide the mixture into 2. (3/4 and 1/4 the proportion.) Take a tin grease it, place a butter paper and pour the white mixture and set it evenly.
- In the remaining portion (1/4) add green food color. Mix well. Spread it over the white mixture and press it evenly. Garnish it with some almonds.
