- Take a pan an add 2tbsp of oil and add mustard, cumin,chana dal,black gram, groundnut,curry leaves and saute well.then add green chillies and red chillies saute for 1minute and add salt according to your taste then 1/4tsp of turmeric. Then 4tbsp of raw coconut powder and turn off the stove and take 2cups of cooked rice and add the prepared mixture with rice.mix well and garnish with coriander and roasted nuts and serve.
