- Grind the grated coconut to a smooth paste using required quantity of water. Keep aside. Bring milk to boil in a heavy bottom pan, add soaked rice and cook till the rice is soft. Add the condensed milk and the coconut paste and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- The delicious kheer is ready to be served. Transfer the kheer to the serving bowl and garnish with the toasted nuts and relish the delicious coconut kheer
