- Boil ghee in the non-stick pan, add crushed cardamoms and bay leaves 🍃. Saute for few seconds. Add gur,pinch of salt and 2tablespoons water and bring to a boil. add rose water. And simmer and saute occasionally and cook till the gur is thickened.
- At that time, add mashed coconut 🥥 and saute it constantly till the coconut 🥥 gravy is thickened.
- Add dry roasted peanuts 🥜 and mix all ingredients well. And cook to continue. Saute it constantly and cook till the gravy is thickened more.
- Switched off the burner and add roasted sesame seeds and mix it well.
- Now spread the gravy in the plate. And make balls from the coconut dough. 🥥 Total time is 60 minutes including roasting.
- Serve cool
