Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3-4 spoon sugar
  • 5 gram China grass
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
  • Pinch saffron

Instructions

  • Take one sauce pan add China grass and water, mix and place on the stove. Nicely boil them.
  • Add coconut water, mix and boil them.
  • Add sugar, once sugar is melted, switch off the stove.
  • Add fresh coconut, soaked chia seeds and mix it.
  • Finally add saffron, mix and pour silicon mold or any mold. Cool completely.
  • Remove the mold and serve them.
