Coffee Jelly Pudding

  • Instant Coffee powder
  • Agar agar powder
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Condensed milk
  • Fresh cream
  • Milk

Instructions

  • For jellies In a pan heat water. Add coffee powder and sugar. Mix
  • Add agar agar powder and mix. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Take the mixture off the flame and let it cool. Pour it in a flat pan till 1" height.
  • Refrigerate the jelly mixture for 4 hours or until the jelly sets.
  • For the milk base In a large bowl Mix together milk, condensed milk and fresh cream.
  • Add a tsp of coffee to the mixture. Chill it in the refrigerator.
  • For assembling Cut the jelly into 1" x 1" squares. Fill in a glass till half.
  • Now pour the milk mixture on top of the jellies. Repeat with more jelly squares and more milk.
  • Serve chilled. Eat it, chew it, then drink it...and make your summer merry!
