Ingredients

  • as required Butter/Oil/Ghee, to coat
  • 2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
  • 5 tbsp Warm Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 5 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • as required Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Take a microwave-safe mug. Brush it with butter, oil, or ghee.
  • Add 2 tsp instant coffee powder, 5 tbsp warm milk, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, ¼ tsp vanilla essence. Mix it well so the coffee gets adequately dissolved.
  • Then, add 5 tbsp all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp powdered sugar, ¼ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk it to form a smooth batter until no lump remains.
  • Later, add ample chocolate chips to the batter and stir it. Top some more chocolate chips.
  • Microwave it for about 90 seconds, and your eggless coffee cake is ready. Dust some icing sugar and garnish it with some chocolate chips.

Notes/Tips

Just microwave as the time mentioned and if you wish you can garnish it with whipped cream
