1 cake, 2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 +1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder
2+1/4 cups refined flour (maida
1+1/2 tsp baking soda ,1+1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil+ to grease ,3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cups milk (to needed
1+1/2 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp choco chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 c.
Sieve cocoa powder into a bowl.sieve coffee powder, baking soda and refined flour (maida) into the same bowl and mix well
Add sugar, oil, salt and vanilla essence and mix well.add milk and mix. And vinegar and mix with a hand blender. Add choco chips and mix well ❤️‍🩹
Grease a cake tin pour the batter into it and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes
Cool slightly,slice and serve warm or cold.
