- 1.First put cookies in a mixer jar and make a powder.
- 2. Add butter and mix well.
- 3. Set this in a mold and put in freezer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Take whipping cream and sugar in a mixer jar and whip it for 3-4minutes.
- 5. Remove the mold from freezer and put white cream layer on top of biscoff.
- 6. Put it back in freezer.
- 7. Take whipping cream, coffee and sugar in a mixer jar and whip it for 3-4minutes.
- 8. Remove the mold from freezer and put coffee cream layer on top of white layer.
- 9. Put it back in freezer for 2-3 minutes more.
- 10. Slice the strawberry to make a flower.
- 11. Take the mold out of the freezer, add the remaining white cream to make another layer on top of coffee.
- 12. Put it back in freezer 2-3 minutes.
- 13.Finally remove plate from freezer, take out the mold and garnish it with strawberry and grated chocolate.
