Heavy whipping cream
Powder sugar
Melted butter
Biscoff cookies (marie biscuits )
Instant coffee powder
Strawberry
Grated dark chocolate

Instructions

1.First put cookies in a mixer jar and make a powder.
2. Add butter and mix well.
3. Set this in a mold and put in freezer for 5 minutes.
4. Take whipping cream and sugar in a mixer jar and whip it for 3-4minutes.
5. Remove the mold from freezer and put white cream layer on top of biscoff.
6. Put it back in freezer.
7. Take whipping cream, coffee and sugar in a mixer jar and whip it for 3-4minutes.
8. Remove the mold from freezer and put coffee cream layer on top of white layer.
9. Put it back in freezer for 2-3 minutes more.
10. Slice the strawberry to make a flower.
11. Take the mold out of the freezer, add the remaining white cream to make another layer on top of coffee.
12. Put it back in freezer 2-3 minutes.
13.Finally remove plate from freezer, take out the mold and garnish it with strawberry and grated chocolate.
