- Using a wire whisk, beat the room temperature butter until it turns pale.
- Add powdered sugar and mix.
- Add one whole egg and then one egg white and beat. Then add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- Sieve and add 1 cup maida, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt to the mixture and all the ingredients gently until it combines.
- Into a piping bag, pour the batter and then pipe it like small coins.
- Bake it in a preheated oven @ 175 degree Celsius for about 10-12 mins Bake it until the bottom portion of the coin turns brown.
