- Dice all the mentioned vegetables into small pieces and mix corn
- Now in a seperate bowl add mayonise and cream. Then add seasoning like salt pepper chilli flakes and mix well.
- Add the vegetables to the the Mayo cream mix and mix gently.
- Remove the corners of the bread.
- Now apply a thin layer of butter and apply the prepared mix on to the bread and cover with the other slice
- The coleslaw sandwich is ready, is easy and healthy and can be prepared instant with the vegetables available
