Ingredients

  • Bread (white/brown)
  • Cabbage
  • Onions
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • Butter
  • Corn
  • Mayonise
  • Cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepp
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions

  • Dice all the mentioned vegetables into small pieces and mix corn
  • Now in a seperate bowl add mayonise and cream. Then add seasoning like salt pepper chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Add the vegetables to the the Mayo cream mix and mix gently.
  • Remove the corners of the bread.
  • Now apply a thin layer of butter and apply the prepared mix on to the bread and cover with the other slice
  • The coleslaw sandwich is ready, is easy and healthy and can be prepared instant with the vegetables available
