Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover rice
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • as required Onion,carrot,beans,peas
  • as required capsicum,potato,tomato
  • as required Chopped ginger,garlicand green chilli
  • as per required Clove,Cinnamon and pepper
  • As Per Taste Red chilli powder and salt

Instructions

  • In a kadhai, Add 2tbsp ghee. Then add Clove,Cinnamon and Pepper and add all the veggies mentioned above and saute till it cooks.
  • In the veggies, add salt as per taste and red chilli powder. Add the leftover rice in the cooked veggies. Mix it well.
  • Now your colourful and flavourful pulav is ready to serve. Serve with raita. Good for lunch box.
