butterfly pea flower
lemon
sprite
water
sugar

Instructions

soak butterfly pea flower in hot water until the water change blue colour
stain it and add 3 tsp of sugar and stir well
divide the syrup equally and keep one part aside. let the other half become ice-cubes in freezer.
squeeze one lemon in 100ml of sprite and pour it first into glass
then add the blue syrup to the glass and put blue ice cubes on it, once the blue syrup touches the lemon and sprite...the colour changes to violet.
