- Firstly mix butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Now mix maida,baking powder and vanilla essence. Make a crumble dough.
- Add little milk for binding. Divide the dough in two parts.
- In one part add pinch of red colour. Make a soft dough with little milk.
- Roll the dough in thickeness of 1/2 cm.make the shape with cookie cutter.
- Now brush some water in every shape and set one upon one and wrap in butter paper and keep in freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Then take in from freezer and cover with white batter.
- Set the dough in freezer again for 30 minutes. Now cut them in cookies of 1/2 cm thikness.
- Bake them in preheated kadai for 20 minutes. Yummy cookies are ready.
