Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Curd fresh
  • as required water
  • as per taste sugar
  • as required dry fruits of your choice
  • 2 green cardamom,

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and pour fresh chilled curd or yogurt into it. Whisk it well. Make it very smooth batter like consistency
  • Now add 3 to 4 tsp of sugar for sweeten it. You can add \ cup of water if you need little thin lassi. Whisk it again very well for a frothy layer on top.
  • Now add the crushed cardamom, finely chopped kaju and badam and add into it. Pour the lassi into glass and add little more dryfruit if you want ovr it. Serve chilled and let your soul enjoy the summer.
