Ingredients

  • Coriander leaf 1cup
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 10 pieces small onion
  • Small piece of tamarind
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard,urad dal mix
  • Curry leaf 2stick
  • 1 dry chilli
  • 2 green chilli

Instructions

  • Take blender add chopped coriander,coconut,small onion,small piece of tamarind,salt and water blend to smooth paste.
  • Add more water if your consistency.transfer the coriander chutney to a bowl.keep aside.
  • Now to prepare tempering, heat 2tsp oil and splutter 1 tsp mustard seeds and few curry leaves. allow the tempering to splutter and pour over chutney. finally, serve coriander chutney with idli or dosa.
