Ingredients

  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped bell pepper 1/2 cup
  • Boiled and Chopped potatoes 1
  • Boiled corn 1-1/2 cup
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Vegetable stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cheese for garnish
  • Chili flakes for garnish
  • Cheese herb masala for garnish

Instructions

  • In pan melt the butter, saute the maida till golden in color.
  • Now add onion and bell pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add boiled corn and again saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add milk, boiled potatoes and vegetable stock with salt and pepper powder, now allow to boil for 15-20 minutes till thick consistency.
  • Now serve it hot with assorted lavash and peri peri French fries by garnishing with cheese, Chilli flakes and cheese herb masala.

Notes/Tips

In place of corn mix vegetables can be used.
