- In pan melt the butter, saute the maida till golden in color.
- Now add onion and bell pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add boiled corn and again saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk, boiled potatoes and vegetable stock with salt and pepper powder, now allow to boil for 15-20 minutes till thick consistency.
- Now serve it hot with assorted lavash and peri peri French fries by garnishing with cheese, Chilli flakes and cheese herb masala.
