- Take a heavy bottom pan add milk in it, add lemon juice like we make a panner.
- Now add seasoning to it except last 3 ingredients from above list.
- Now do the procedure like making paneer.
- Take any plate or box to set the mixture, confirm that mixture get bind well.
- Set in the fridge for atleast 15 minutes.
- Cut it in desired shape, do the double coating of corn slurry and crush makai poha, again set in set for 15 minutes, then dip fry in oil at medium flame till it's crispy.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and cheese spread.
