  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Cumin seeds
  • Whole spices
  • Garlic
  • Green chilli
  • Ginger
  • Cashew nuts
  • Poppy seeds
  • Melon seeds
  • Salt
  • Boiled corn
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Blench spinach puree
  • Nut mug powder
  • Fresh cream
  • Garm masala

Instructions

  • For grave Heat oil and butter in pan add all the whole spices, onion, ginger, green chilli and garlic even buts and seeds to it by adding salt and water, cook till onion is soft and oil is released. Cool at room temperature and grind it smoothly.
  • Now in another pan heat oil and butter add the remaining ingredients one by one, saute for 2-3 minutes, add the above paste and cook it for while.
  • Garnish with fresh cream. Serve it with paratha Side dish:- Hara bhara kabab and tomato beetroot soup.

Notes/Tips

Don't cover and cook the shabji, otherwise colour will change.
