  • Green chillies
  • Maida
  • Corn flour
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Sweet corn
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Mix cornflour and maida.then Add red chilli powder,blended corn, turmeric,curry leaves,green chilli, mix well. Mix this into a very very thin Batter.Almost 3 times thinner than a normal Dosa batter. Now Pour this batter with the help of a cup in a heated skillet. then make a circle with a ladle. Cook it on a very low flame. Add some oil on the sides of the dosa while cooking.Then once they are cooked crispy. Remove it. You can eat it with Chutney.
